have you contacted the office of the interventional neuroradiologist who actually DID your coiling? have you had ANY follow up angios or MRAs just to actually 'see' if the coiling was a complete success yet? they should be doing at the very LEAST a one year angio just to double check their work and most importantly checking for ANY areas of 'light up" within that annie itself just to make darn certain that it IS indeed now totally and completely OUT of your normal arterial circulation?
this IS just really crucial to even know for certain since there CAN always be an area that did not fill in with the clots as they are supposed to as they fill in around the coils? and the big thing here, since you already just DID have an annie form at one time, there IS a much higher risk for us to also create others too? this just IS kind of how we are once we even have one form? i would most definitely contact your past INR here and get another angio or at the very LEAST an MRA which will only show the arterial structures and would, with contrast used, also show light up in the annie if it is still getting the 'feed off' from the actual artery yours is actually still in, but coiled? either way, DO contact your INR who did the coiling on this symptom. it just IS new and could just possibly be trying to tell you something?? i would NOT consider this at all ' normal' until you at least find out whats going on up in your brain now, and with the coiled area there too. you just really DO need to know what i mentioned above for CERTAIN hon. this is something that if i had after my coiling even now after mine was done back in 2005, that i would have evaluated for sure. good luck and please DO keep me posted, FB
