Android pc tablets at a store?

Ok so I know they sell then everywhere online! But I really want the $100 tablet from walgreens or a andriod table around that same price! So I was wondering if they sell then maybe in downtown l.a fashion distric or toy distric or china town or downtown broadway! I'm serious if anyone know please help me out
