Here is the deal, I just got one of this phone and i have the code to unlock it but, its shows the following sentence "contact provider"

Some questions is it possible to enter it on a root and unlock it?

Or i just got stuck with it?

Its a phone from BRAZIL VIVO is phone company that sells it...

PLEASE HELP !!!

You or someone had entered the wrong code 3 times, and the phone locked itself. Just turn on your phone, with a sim card other than it is locked to, and leave it there to sit for about an hour (maybe an hour and a half). Make sure that you have the message "contact provider" displayed. After a while it will ask you for the code again, this is when you can input the code that you got for it.
