Android Market: Is there an app for the HTC Desire that the Mytouch 4G music app has?

This is my first time owning an android and I picked the HTC Desire over the Mytouch 4G. I love it a lot, but..If theres one thing I liked about the Mytouch 4G, it was the fact that you could control the music from the lock screen. A few friends told me that I can get that anyways on the Android Market.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about?
