Android Market closes? Using chinese phone ??(k-touch) U2?

I have managed to install the google android market after rooting my phone with z4root(v1.3) ,but when i open it up it just instantly closes without any error messages.

remember im using a chinese phone ??U2(yes i can read chinese but there's just too much unrelated crap on the chinese forums)

here are the things i've tried:
downloading another instance of the market and "upgrading" it ----ends up with orgional problem
thats pretty much about it so far.
also PaidAppsEnabler method does not work
 
maybe its because of the new Market Update. there is a new android market update rolling out to phones over the next couple of weeks. That could be a possible problem
