my mom needs a bunch of pictures off of her HTC Hero, but when you plug it into the computer, obviously with a USB, when you go into My Computer it doesn't show up even after the computer installs the program. i'm pretty computer smart and still can't figure out how to do it, i figured it was like my phone when you just plug it in and you can drag photos and videos into folders and what not, but my phone is made by Palm. so, i'm wondering if anyone knows how to import pictures onto the computer? we're trying to avoid buying a card reader.
