is it worth it to buy a 1 bd condo for 320,000 dollars. or pay 390,000 dollars for a 2 bd in the Andrew Jackson Building in Jackson heights. They don't wanna go down much in prices, they say it's a very unique building. Does anyone know if it's worth it?. I know it's about 390,000 dollars for a 1bd in the Colton Building. So maybe it's worth it. Thank u
