Not really, since you could also more easily see it as a feature-length sequel to a bunch of already highly awarded shorts.

I think 2 of the following will get in(Top 2 my best choices)

-Meet the Robinsons(Maybe it can't get nominated since they already have 1 disney movie)
-Bee Movie(Will probably not bee a CGI Star Studded Overpiced failure like Surf's Up or Happily Never After)
-The Simpsons Movie
-Surf's Up
-Shrek The Third

Beowolf will be a failure, blah blah blah, if anyone thinks ATHF are goign to get nom you are high blah blah blah Happily NEver After will get nominated in hell(Maybe a Razzie) blah blah blah TMNT is really unlikely
 
That's not exactly the reason why Happy Feet won. There's another reason that makes its win so ultimately frustrating, but on the upside the same reason will give Simpsons an actual shot...
 
If Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon: Movie Film for Theaters gets the Oscar, I think Jerry Beck's head will not only explode, but the inner crater of his cranium will open up a dimensional wormhole to an alternate universe where aliens are a bunch of Atari sprites, New Jersey is the capital of the world, scientists are genetically mutating corn, and an anthropomorphic milkshake telling an anthropomorphic box of fries and a meatball the merits of why he should get an Oscar. :)
