Given their amount of peers, not really. Partial seeding the first RAR part of a popular torrent or cross seeding are great ways to upload there.

dude, half the time while i try to browse scc i get server load too high, retrying. trust me, ScT gone, it feels

I don't see that message so often on SCC, but it's still annoying. They should upgrade their server(s).

Never got it on TL or FL.ro, by the way.
