ok i collect fossils and i came across a preserved wooly mammoth tooth. it has clear... almost what seams to be plastic in some of the crevises. im almost positive its preserved saliva. i chipped out a piece and looked at it under a microscope and found what appears to be an ancient micro-organism i can see a (what appears to be) nucleus and everything.. it is shaped like two symmetric worm like things facing inward to form a U connected by a tiny strand at there bottoms... now what do I do? i know i should probably contact someone in this field which I am eager to do but how?

Bring your findings to a great scientific university near you. Usually the best places, but make sure you publish your findings in a journal first, because people may steal your discoveries.

Where did you come across a Wooly Mammoth tooth if you aren't already a professional archaeologist?
