There is an old Arcade game I used to play that you traverse through a top down 2D playing field that looked like the old Bionic Commando top down playing filed, when you get ambushed by a truck or helicopter.
This game had a guy moving north in the top down 2D playing field and I think he had no shirt, and he only used his fists to punch. He would move into what looked like a house, and punch pictures on the wall to get power ups, and the first level, looked like, a vampire boss. I can't remember the name of this game.
All I remember is the top down 2D view, punching pictures to get powered up, and fighting, what looked like a vampire on the first level.
I remember, after you get powered up, up beat dramatic music starts playing, and you are stronger.
