an invention for the kitchen? whats inconvenient for you when you cook!?

I'd like a home dishwasher that works like a commercial dishwasher, the whole cycle only takes 2 minutes 45 seconds. Instead of waiting 2 HOURS.
A self-cleaning vent hood would be nice too. And a good organizational system for Gladware and other random tupperware-like things so everything's easy to find and match together. Or a good organizer tray for the larger utensil drawer so I don't have to dig around for a ladel.
(If you can't tell, I have a very tiny kitchen.)

I have a small family so filling up our dishwasher would take days of dirty dishes. A half size washer would be much more convenient and with a powerful rinse cycle so i can just put the dishes in as is. I don't like washing dishes by hand.
k so say my dad was making some kind of pasta w/ shrimp in it.
he would have mee peel all the shrimp and take the tails off
he would also have me take the shreader and shred parmasian cheese whcih really hurts my hannds and takes 4evr. i hate doing these 2 thngs..oh and mayb something that could conduct heat better b/c i can still feel heat threw towels and have burned myself many times b4....POTS THAT CLEAN THEMSELVES!!! i absolutley hate doing dishes. how about smething that autmoatically cleans itself or has a disposable lining you can cook in idk!
