so we went out for 2 years prior, now we're in college and taking a break. I know all the usual automatic assumptions when people see those words but its not because of how we feel that we decided on it we both have very strong feelings for each other. However, ive realized that i need her in my life as more than just a friend to really be happy. I want to ask her to try to have a long-distance relationship with me, i mean we're actually only an hours drive away anyway.
The thing is she wants her space in college since she has a lot of new friends and lots of work, i dont start for another week or so yet though. How can i best ask her? id be willing to maybe wait a year or an amount of time to let her settle in first, or any number of suggestions i dont want to wait too long because im afraid she might find someone else..
So in a summary, i want to ask her to start a long* distance relationship with me but im afraid she'll say no which will completely fuck things up, how can i best ask her?
