an idea....

Yeah i can agree, there are alot of people that go way too slow including a mother of a friend of mine. But as far as the whole germany thing. It costs them on average 2 grand to get their licenses and according to a german exchange student i knew it was more then $6 a gallon. For those reasons many people just take public transport. So that is why they can go faster. Because there are so many fewer people. I think that is the major problem. The majority of people that drive the roads of america really should be on the road. they make it more dangerous for themselves and others.
But yeah i cant say that i dont like to go alittle fast. but i dont find myself going much more then 5-10 over the posted limit.

fastest i have ever drove was 120mph in a kia sophia (yes mag grandmas car does 120!!!)
the fastest i have ever rode was 165mph in a toyota supra(scared the shit outta me)

wrong again homeboy... the Dodge 300C Hemi does 230 w/o the governor :) i watched it at a track the drive like indy cars

u got scared by the speed of a car??? :yikes: And as far as grammy's car, I'm just glad it got some decent use. She drives down our road at like 20mph so she won't chip the paint. Fuck, I go 60 down the dirt roads.

Yes, but is it street legal? I have heard of the 300C and never heard of a street legal one, unless they just came out with one that's strret legal. Besides, 6 years ago, Motor Trend tested the first street legal Corvette Z1 that was top speed was 235, with 578 HP. It was a twin Turbo.

I usually go 5 or 10 mph over the limit. However, on the highway, where the speed limit is usually 55 mph, I go anywhere from 65 to about 100 mph, depending on my mood. Haven't been stopped by a cop yet.
