an HTML document turn into a JPEG?

okay. here. my boyfriend sent me his picture using his iphone, but when i save his picture. it can only saved as a html document. his picture were sent individually and it was not attached ._. i really want to save his pictures, but how? how can i turn it into a jpeg? :( help please
 
iPhone's can't send picture messages.


You can try to attach it in an email though...
