Apperanttly, what it looks like is suppose to be a muscle training video for Anime/Manga nerRAB. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Already brought up here. This really suffered from repetitive animation. Like, I know it's hard for that not to be the case, being that exercises are repetitive in nature, but it really showcased the small budget.
