An alien civilization invades Earth, what point of view would be more

Both points of view have been done, but you'll probably have more fun from the aliens' point of view. You'll also have to look at earth and her inhabitants from the outside in. You'll need to decide how much and what the aliens knew about earth before they got here.

I would say POV of the humans. Simply because in order for the aliens to arrive here, they have to be much farther technically advanced than us.

From the aliens perspective, it would be like us going back a few hundreds years and look at a more primitive civilization. From the humans POV it would be more like looking into the future.

Just seems humans encountering a more highly advanced race of beings would be more interesting than them contacting a more primitive group of beings.

I would say the aliens. Because the readers of your story already know how a human think and feels. By making the story come from the alien's persective you have complete creative control and the reader will be interested as to what your idea of an alien civilization is.
