i would really like to have a high definition TV, however theres a problem. im really into first person shooter video games and i ABSOLUTELY cant stand the lag between my input and my buddy's TV. i tried to help him fix it by matching the native resolution to the TV and turning on the gaming setting and disabling the picture smoother. no luck, theres still about 4 ms of lag.
i guess the question is, does anyone know of good name brand TV's like Samsung or vizio that have an Actual TV made just for gaming? or am i stuck with my 32 inch tube television with one component input on the back and a really nice 480p top display resolution.
@wins you'd really be surprised.
and grant, i know the internet does create lag, but apparently you wouldnt know about the tv trying to 'upconvert' the picture or 'down convert' the picture to match its native resolution.
