amp wiring questions power output per sub?

i have 4 300w rms subs and a mono amp that outputs 1200w at 4 ohms. i have my subs wired like the second wiring method on this site

are they each getting 300 watts or are they all getting 1200w or are they getting 600w each. someone explain this to me please.
