What amp is good? Here's the sub:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Kicker+-+Comp+12%22+Single-Voice-Coil+4-Ohm+Subwoofer+with+Enclosure/9924694.p?id=1218195771799&skuId=9924694&st=kicker%20comp%2012&cp=1&lp=3

This is the amp I'm looking at:

http://www.amazon.com/Sound-Storm-Laboratories-F4-400-Amplifier/dp/B001TE0M72/ref=sr_1_43?s=car&ie=UTF8&qid=1320283639&sr=1-43

The sub is 4 ohms. The amp's RMS is 50 X 4 @ 4 ohms....so I'm assuming it's RMS is 200 X 1 @ 4 ohms. I know its peak is 400W.

The Kicker Comp 12 inch is 150W RMS, 300W Peak and the amp is 200W RMS, 400W Peak. Is this alright? Will this overpower the sub? If it will, can I change the gain to level them out?

Thanks!
