AMP AND SUB QUESTION?????????????????????

i have an alpine mrp m450 and two 12 inch performance teknique icbm 5512's i was wondering if i should use an 8 gauge kit or a 4? i have 8 gauge wire right now and my headlights dim out when i play it, would a 4 gauge kit stop that????

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A HIGH OUTPUT ALTERNATOR????
IS A 200 ANP ONE ENOUGH?>???
