America's Best Bicycling Cities?

My homepage is att.yahoo. In the "Today's Highlights" box this week (27-31 July 2009) was an article about "America's Best Bike Friendly Cities." At least I think that was the name of it. It was definitely titled "America's Best...." and the article was about bike friendly cities. I am writing a paper for a college class and was hoping to cite this particular article but can no longer find it. I cannot remember all of the cities listed but I think that there were [nine or] ten and they included Portland, OR; San Diego, CA; and Boulder, CO; and possibly Tuscon, AZ. I had it tabbed but my laptop closed out my session unexpectedly and I lost it. Now I cannot find it!

Did anyone else see this article and could you supply me a link to it?
Oh, and it is NOT the "America's Best" listed in americasbestonline.net.
And it was only about the United States not North America.
