...our troops? I am American but I do not feel we should send so many troops to help them,I do send prayers for them yes,and feel that disaster relief should be sent but so many troops? No.Any thoughts? And why do you feel this way?
 
Wow this just seems insulting. "I do send prayers for them " that sums up all that is wrong with modern day America.

Fortunately the fact that alot of aid is being sent shows all that is good about it.
 
without the military's skills in logistics...their airport, their ports would be in chaos...the presence of our military there is assuring organization and effectiveness of the aid coming in via airplanes and ships.....

if the need of some type of 'force' is required...who better than our armed forces to step in and implement control?
