American Pie: The Wedding

Why werent half of the cast from 1 & 2 in the movie (namely Oz, Vickie, Vickie's mate, Sherman et al). There wasn't even a mention of them.
 
Maybe they moved? Kevin and Vicky split up and since Jim is mates with Kevin, not Vicky, it makes sense that you wouldn't invite your mate's ex to your wedding.

Sherman and Jim were hardly best buddies either so why should he have been invited? Especially since he boned Nadia - maybe Jim didn't invite him because of that!

Oz was a useless character in AP2 anyway. Him not appearing in AP3 was a blessing.
