How is it inneficient justg. It sounds like an awesome idea. So your saying if a school kid has 2 teachers teaching him solely he won't benefit from it alot more. Its an awesome idea!
Is it true that you Yanks train soldiers in what is known as Unit training? Basically a few soldiers training 1 recruit as an individual? If true I think that is an absolutely awesome idea and gives the recruit a much better chance of getting through the tough regime and passing out. Is this how your military works?
