American men lifestyle vs. European men lifestyle?

Why is it still common with Italians & Eastern Europian men in their countries (observation) that man power is still the norm. They still dress up like its the 1920's and at restaurants its like men only with hard liquor and smoking their pipes while American men have become weaker with shorts slippers and their 1992 college shirts and cap? I have come to realize American men are much lonlier and do not have man time and arent respected as in the past....what you think?
 
not much at all i was in denmark for a 1 month visiting my cousin they dont seem any different than american teens they go to parties and drink and stuff and they dress more classy and wear fitted cloths and there are some "guido" wannabe like those guys with fake tan and spikey hair they are made fun of tho

compared to american men and danish men i prefer american men i think they have a lil more fun.
