I think they're going overboard with the Rodger gay jokes. At this rate he'll become the new Stewie, although arguably he already has.
Still, this was a good episode. I loved the stop motion segment, Rodger's wolf and Rusty's laugh, and it was good to see Haley return, let's just see if they can actually make use of her in the series.
I think FG honestly is the only thing people tune in to watch, and everything else is an aftermath. Normally all these talkbacks are like two pages at least.
You could say it's probably also because of the holiday weekend, but by Sunday night everything should have settled and people should get getting ready for the week ahead.
One of the better episodes of American Dad. I thought it was hilarious when the family found out that Stan's brother is actually the rich one. I loved the house switching plan Stan came up with. I was surprised that Stan decided to let Jeff move into his house.
Racist stuff aside, that was pretty funny. I did like Stan being served some humble pie. That flashback with the grandfather was great, as was Roger's whole montage with the wolf. Ah, that poor pilot.
Here's hoping they actually use Hayley and Jeff more now.
There were a couple funny moments, but I didn't like this one too much...and I usually love American Dad (oh,well...every show has its bad episodes)...I did like...
The stop-motion segment for Stan telling about the first Thanksgiving (sort of a dark Rankin-Bass homage)...
Stan finding out his half-brother's actually the rich one (especially after he was such a jerk to him for all those years)...
The flashback with their grandfather (voiced by Ed Asner)...
Haley and Jeff saving the rest of the family from certain death in the desert...
