American Dad - "G-String Circus" - Talkback [11/29]

Enjoyable episode. Had a great Roger subplot (not good, but great) with an exceptional payoff and did well with a Stan/Hayley plot.

Stan's nonchalant attempt to deflect the revelation that he was a stripper by saying that he was an artist also got me, the offhand comment by Tanqueray to Hayley about how Stan put a banana in her, as well as the dramatic screaming by Steve and his friends. What movie was that an homage to anyway?

Annother enjoyable episode of American Dad.
Finally, this season we get a Stan/Hayley plot with Stan trying to get Hayley to follow his advice, but she doesn't want it.
I laso like subplot with Roger teasing Steve with the strippers, and I LMAO'd when he hit one of them with the pillow case filled with sodas. And I laughed at how they (the strippers) acted so naive/helpless, especially when one was caught in a plastic bag. But Tanqueray was right, even though Stan's advice wasn't that great. At least he had interest in her.

Two clunkers in a row; hope they get their groove back soon. I feel like we get one "slump" per season.

This certainly wasn't as "Huh?" as last week's, it was just a standard mediocre episode.

10 bucks says this episode gets awarded the PTC's Worst of the Week.

What? This was the first funny episode of American Dad this entire season. The cat scene, the surgery scene, the scene with the strippers beating on Bullock's crotch, so many laugh out loud moments. This show usually puts me to sleep, but this episode was funny.

Of course it would.
Doesn't ParentsTV realize that these shows aren't intended for children and even have a disclaimer beginning?
