American concentration camps for marshal law?

What do you think about this topic? If you have not done your research, on bolth sides (for at least an hour a side) I will not listen to you. it would be like me askin a hair stylist how to fix my computer. If you do not provide a link to back your proof you will not get best answer. Type fema concentration camps in google to do your research if you have not heard about this topic.
 
There are military bases now set up to provide housing to people made homeless by an emergency like Katrina. Prior to that disaster, FEMA didn't have any shelter available in emergencies, which is why New Orleans was such a disaster in terms of response, with people stuck in a stadium, etc. No concentration camps. Just emergency housing if needed.
