American Choice II - Upgrade to family

Husband is due to renew his 2 yr contract & I have lots of questions...

With the renewal we were going to change to the Family Plan -- Does that then mean we'd be moved to the new National Plan (w/ the 1.99MB fees) or would it stay on AC2?

I guess what I am asking is what does Verizon consider an "add line" & what do they consider a "change"
 
We finally finsihed all our descions & moved to a family plan.

Husband called twice & got a different answer each time. Wish he was more assertive -- End result is we moved to the Nation. Plan.

I don't think we "had" to do this as different reps gave different answers.

I think the end result is based upon the new phone choices.

We got ENv2 & Choc. 3 -- The Choc 3 requires you be on the Nation. Plan.

Makes me angry with hubby because the Env2 (his phone) is the one which will be accessing e-mail, etc. So we could have stayed with AC 2 and saved $120/yr.
 
I'm not sure why Choc 3 required upgraded either -- Rep could not give me a logical answer, but perusaing the web & asking around it seems to be in line with what majority of others are told.

IMO I think Verizon just wants to switch everyone over so they are requiring on all newest phones, but that is just MO
