I've lived in a lot of countries, the US being one of them. In my years here, it strikes me that, more so than any other country on earth, Americans tend to over stress over their body-image. Yet, ironically, the opposite extreme also exists to a far greater degree than any other country I've been to, as evidenced by soaring obesity rates.
So, what causes this obsession with working-out to get overly HUGE, taking penis enlargement pills, etc for men? And breast enlargement, etc, for women? And what causes the other extreme? When people don't care about their own health and become the fattest people the Earth has ever seen?
