AMD Turion™ Neo X2 Dual-Core Mobile Processor L625 is rated at 1.6 GHz, does this mean

it's 1.6 per core? Therefore a total rating of 3.2 GHz? Or is it 0.8 GHz per core to produce a total of 1.6?
 
Its 1.6Ghz per core. You can't really add them up together to say its 3.2Ghz because it doesn't really work like that but, yeah, its 1.6 Ghz per core.
