"Discussing" ANNIE ...? I don't. Not for one minute! Here's why:
Ryan has bad-mouthed Annie in that house more times than I can count! He's done it with Greenlee, taken turns with Erica ripping and tearing into Annie's parental abilities, and most recently, told Scott that Emma's own mother was trying to frame Emma for murder.
More than once, Ryan has had cause to believe that Emma overheard him. He knows from experience that Emma huddles in dark corners, listening! More than once, Emma has told him that her mother didn't kill Stuart; and just because he refused to believe her, Emma decided to point the finger at Kendall because she feels that Ryan values Kendall over her mother. Ryan has even figured out that Emma named Kendall just because she's overheard him and Kendall trying to pin the murder on Annie!
So, it only stands to reason that Ryan would save his Annie-bashing for when Emma goes off to imaginary school ... or better yet ... outside the house! DUH ... ya think?
P.S. Who all think that Ryan is systematically trying to drive a wedge between Annie and Emma? Setting it up for Emma to "overhear" him trashing Annie, then acting surprised every time Emma runs into the room defending her?
