Amazon or Puremobile??

Im going to be getting the Slvr L7 from one of these two companys. My only problem with amazon.com is that theyre vague on what comes in the package... Ill only buy if the headphone adapter, USB cable and software is in there. I dont see any mention of this on the webpage.

Also looking at puremobile. The price is cheaper than amazon and it says clearly on the page that it comes with everything i need. Is this company trustworthy? Anyone who has experience with them??

great question, i was just about to purchase a phone thru amazon and noticed it didnt tell me what it comes with either--

can someone who has purchased via amazon confirm that they send new (not refurbished) phones, with all accessories one would get in-box when purchasing thru cingular directly?
