Amazing scenes that sent chills down your spine

Moulin Rouge- Towards the end, when he's leaving the theater and Toulouse yells "The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return". I got goose bumps.

The Green Mile: When John is being executed and Paul and the rest of the officers start crying...........and when all the lights start shattering, it just kills me!

ETA:

Mystic River: When Jimmy kills Dave by the Mystic near the end while (at the same time) Brendan is interrogating his brother about killing Katie. Just everything about both sitations taking place at the same time, the emotion in both places....it just gets me every time I watch it.

The Rules Of Attraction.. The bath suicide scene. Everything about it from the song Without You, to how calm she remains, is just so.. Spine Chilling to me.

Cool thread. Here are a few of mine:

Twilight: New Moon- When the camera circles around Bella and goes through the months of her depression.

2012- When Yellowstone errupts into a super volcano. Having been there 3 times, it's amazing to think of that possibility and to see it on screen was surreal.

Knowing-When the sun rays wipe the entire planet

The Day The Earth Stood Still (Keanu Reeves version)- When the nanites, or those tiny bugs, get into your skin and dissolve a person.

I have a lot of moments. But I remember the first one for me was when I was a little kid and I saw Jurassic Park in the theater. The scene when they first get on the island, and they get out of the jeep with those shocked faces, and then they show the dinosaur and then show the lake with the other dinosaurs. Being a little kid obsessed with dinosaurs, it was like a dream come true to me lol.

You know those scenes.

For example, the "There is no God!" scene in I Am Legend. It is so powerful because you know Robert feels like world has given up on him, he lost hope and his frustration has taken over.

Juno - "I'm a planet!" That scene is so powerful yet simple. Juno's just a teenager and she's asking the boy she likes to like her back, but he's so scared and she's terribly hurt. Great acting there.

Titanic - When Rose abandons the boat to go find Jack. When they meet all he can say is "You're so stupid, Rose" while kissing and hugging her.

Troy - When Achilles is calling for Hector, and you know noble Hector is doomed.

In God's Hands - When Mickey gets eaten by the waves. He dooms himself as he paddles on, giving himself over to the ocean.

RENT - I'll Cover You (Reprise). Oh man, serious chills on this one.
