Amazing custom bike

So I went to the motowheels event earlier today. Had a good time, bought stuff I shouldn't have. Anyways, one of the guys, I didn't catch his name, brought in his custom Italian made bike. It is very unique and very expensive from what I overheard. Maybe Martin or any of the motowheels guys can elaborate on the bike if they have any info. Here are some phone pics, that's all I had with me.

Its a bimota tesi-3d and they are a production bike as far as I know. Uses a ducati engine and has been made for a while. Thee was also a tesi-2d. And the last I read they start a something like 36 grand and you can't get them in Canada.t fave bimota is the Db5. Love the looks.
 
Yeah bimotas are awesome. I can't post the link cuz I'm at work on my phone but you can go to youtube and search "twist the throttle bimota" and you can watch how they make there bikes and stuff. Its like a mini documentry. They have ducati and mv as well. Really cool to watch. Bimotas are very limited production and pretty sure they all use ducati engines. The db9 uses the 1098 engine.
 
Sorry guys I don't retain information well at all. The tesi has been around for over 25 years with the tried Gen being produced right now, it has a 95 go ducati 1100 engine and the 08 costs 40,500 bucks U.S. They say its an absolute amazing handling bike and can be compared to a race bike in that nature.
