Well, to be honest, not all Blackberry's have service books to be used with T-Mobile. If you programmed your APN in the device, and verified internet connection (Able to use IM's, E-Mail, etc) but don't have web browsing, that can be the issue. And if it is the issue, nothing can be done. I know the Storm (Don't recall if it was 1 or 2) does not have service books (Which are basically software for communication with the provider) to use internet. But if you get to a HotSpot/WiFi you can go through options/advanced options and then select browser, you can then move the browser to Hotspot/WiFi and that should work.
