Am I?

I have been researching too much and I think I am worrying myself too much now.

Currently, I am in the middle of a stressful project at work. I have had several stressful projects over the years but I have not experienced symptoms like this as far as I can tell before. What I am feeling:

- Stiff and achy back of neck
- Tender and achy middle of the upper back
- Burning sensation and/or tightness/pressure on my upper chest (above the breasts)
- Burning sensation under my jaw (on the soft part of the upper neck)
- Pressure in my ears
- Feeling tired

On Tuesday, it was the worst feeling when I felt a pain in that upper chest area but since then I feel the burning sensation. It doesn't feel external but like it is my skin.

When I focus on something other than work or how I am feeling, I seem to be ok. But when I find myself drifting back to either of those things, I feel those symptoms again. The past two nights, I've gone to bed early and relaxed. I woke up in the morning feeling "normal" and as the day progresses, I feel the symptoms and then I worry about them.

Is that anxiety? It may be a silly question, but I really want to hear opinions directly to my symptoms. Any recommendations to help ease those feelings?
 
Stress can do so much to the body - it can make you tired, restless, muscles ache, stomach ache and cause acid reflux, ulcers, etc etc - I can go forever listing all the things it can do to the body. Just to relieve your mind, maybe go to the doctors to check things first. Then when they say everything is fine try taking walks to relieve some tension that you have from work or exercise if you can. I do meditation and acupuncture and it helps. Meditation quits the mind so the body can heal and relieve tension. Anxiety can come from stress and pressure in our daily lifes. When we worry about our body symptoms it can cause anxiety. Going to the doctor might relieve some of your worries - they can check your blood pressure,etc - and tell them how you feel.
