am I weird because I actually hate to feel my hair tied in any way ? I always hated

this thing !!!!? I never liked to have anything in my hair,like a ponytail holder,etc....my mom sometimes get upset that I refuse to tie a ponytail (I have shoulder length hair) !!!!!!!!!
 
you aren't wierd. Many people cant' stand having anything in their hair because it irritates their scalp or gives them headaches. You have to find your comfort zone in taking care of your hair that best suits you. Maybe a shorter haircut would be better for you.
 
I totally understand where you're coming from. I HATE having elastics in my hair I just don't like the feel of a light pull on my hair like that. I have to pull it back though for work because i work with food. But otherwise my hair is always down. You're not weird it's just a personal preference.

I know what you mean, I have long thick hair and ponytails used make my head sore because of the weight, try using Scrunchie's instead of thin bands, that's what I do...no more sore head.
