am 17 female wiegh like 134 5'5 i want to loose some wieght around the waist line so i like do the eliptical for like 25 min and stair master for 15 min and then the steam room for 5 min then i do wieght very light on the arms and legs so i go home around 5 or 6 and i eat chicken and beans like a small plate then alot of fruits then milk is that ok would my workout go to waste sometimes after i eat i do another 15 min of eliptical at my house. some people say i should eat after the gym but i cnat help it i get too hungry and i have to have corn starch mixed with milk before i go to bed because i have glycogen storage disease. am i waisting my time?
