am i waisting my time at the gym?

am 17 female wiegh like 134 5'5 i want to loose some wieght around the waist line so i like do the eliptical for like 25 min and stair master for 15 min and then the steam room for 5 min then i do wieght very light on the arms and legs so i go home around 5 or 6 and i eat chicken and beans like a small plate then alot of fruits then milk is that ok would my workout go to waste sometimes after i eat i do another 15 min of eliptical at my house. some people say i should eat after the gym but i cnat help it i get too hungry and i have to have corn starch mixed with milk before i go to bed because i have glycogen storage disease. am i waisting my time?

it's abotu having a healthy heart and if you keep this up it's what you will have, weight loss will come slowly

loads of star jumps and skipping rope will shred that fat off
 
The fact that you are working out is a good thing and is healthy. Just keep working out and eating right and you will see a difference gradually. It takes time, good luck.
