I have taken the MSF course on a honda nighthawk 250r and it seemed kinda small for my size. Now i passed the course and i got my motorcycle license and i'm looking forward to get the new 2008 kawasaki ninja 250r. I'm 6.2 ft and i weigh 160 lb, is the 2008 kawasaki ninja 250r too small for my size? I went to some dealerships and i set on diferent bikes in the 600cc range and the most comfortable for me is the honda cbr 600cc. I have never got a chance to try sit on the kawasaki ninja 250 because as you all know it got sold out and nobody has it in stock anymore. During the MSF course i have ridden the honda nighthawk 250 for about 8 hours and i was ok with the power and speed of the bike but i'm not sure how it would handle on a freeway. When i'm getting my fisrt bike i will have to use it almost on a daily basis on the highway to go to school. Any sugesstions are welcomed!

Honestly I'd go with the 600.
You do NOT want to be uncomfortable on the bike...more than you already have to be lol.
Not only that, but 250's can only do so much. You can't get bored of a 600.

Ride the bike you fit the best. It will be the most comfortable (obviously) but it will also be the safest, because you will have the most control.

well the ninja would be best by size but since you are 160lbs and this is your first bike.... i would get the cbr600rr because though its got a bigger motor the bike can still handle your height and you can grow into it...=)

good luck

check out something used also. payments suck and even if you pay cash for a new one, it depreciates so quickly. whatever you get i hope you're happy with it.
