role in intelligence? than genetics?

IQ and the Wealth of nations is a book that compares IQs across the world. Countries like India have an IQ of 81 while America has an IQ of 100, yet we have so many bright Indians in the US who take up positions as doctors, engineers and mathematicians. I am Indian myself so no need to call me a racist but I have noticed this from personal experience.

I went to high school in a state which is ranked 48th in terms of education, public education that is (yes I went to high school in the US). My IQ is a 125 after various IQ tests. My high school was quiet honestly full of morons who listened to "crunk" music every day and the music was indeed played out loud. The school also had a broken curriculum. I ended up going to an okay university where I learned a lot. I ended up transferring to a renowned university.

My little brother is currently in high school at a state ranked 2nd in education, full of bright kids and he has a 139 IQ after various tests.

I want to know, does anyone else think environment and upbringing play a much bigger role in IQ than genetics?
