Am i the only person that smokes herb before going to the gym?

I have always gotten nice and toasty stoned before i go to the gym been doing this since im 17 and im pretty fit now and always have been..Im 30. Am i the only person that does this? everyone else i know says they couldn't fathom partaking in a activity that requires physical exertion
