Am i tall enough to ride a Kawasaki Ninja 250?

Ok well im about to get my licence and i have read all over the net to get a Honda CBR250 Or a Ninja 250 as my first bike personally i like the Ninja alot better even though the CBR250 Is all up a better bike, But the day before i was going to buy a Ninja 250 i read on the net that its not a great bike for small people im 5,4FT and i didnt think that height would be a problem atm this bike is my world i want this bike but am i able to right it comfortably and not be unconfident when i have to stop at a red light etc. PLEASE HELP ME I WANT THIS BIKE :)
 
Go to the dealer and sit on one, and remember that the suspension is adjustable. Good choice going with the 250 as a beginner bike, most people think they can go to the 900s and liter bikes right off the bat and either get scared away or killed.
