Am I Suffering From Anxiety Help?

Hello everyone,

Am not sure if am suffering from anxiety or not i hope some one can help me.
The other day i was in a shop an i went dizzy an my vision went blurry an then black but i was still concious i cant walk down the road on my own i start going light headed i cant speak to people i feel all panicy when am in a shop am people are around me i hope some one can help me i dont know whats wrong with me :( Any advice will be appericated thanks!xxx
 
I agree with Caney. While all of those are possibly anxiety/panic symptoms, you have a lot of tests that your doctor will probably run before that diagnosis is made.
