So, I've been working on a story for awhile. It's not like something that I plan on trying to make a ton of money off of and I don't have Pulitzer hopes or anything. But I recently saw a made for TV movie from the 70s and the two stories are a little similar. That isn't like, stealing the other person's idea is it? Just ethically speaking. My story is different enough I think, but I just want and opinion.
Am I stealing another authors work?
