Am i sick?

I need some help in figuring out what's going on with me,, (do not have any health insurance) Hopefully, someone (a doctor especially) will read this and maybe give me some advice--- I'm 44, female, smoker
Dizziness
Ears plugged
Neck pain
off/on hand and wrist pain
Tirediness
Mild headache
intolerant of cold
cough w/clear mucus, especially after eating
passing gas, espcecially after eating
Wanting to sit cross legged all the time

Is it allegeries? fibromyalgia? Lyme disease?

I have some of your symptoms, ie. plugged ears, neck pain, clear mucous, slight headache, etc. Doctors' office said it's allergies. Some days are worse than others and it's been on and off for about a month :(
