Am I sick & if so what do i have?

Yesterday all I hate was sushi from this resteraunt.

This morning i felt like i had a sore throat and felt like i was going to vomit.

Now i have diarrhea and frequent urination and its hard for me to urinate.

I also have a stuffed nose and a cough and a sore throat..
