am i ready to join army boot camp?

Drop your mile to 7 minutes and up your pushups to 50 in two minutes minimum. Or join and let the Army help you reach these goals.
 
Well first off, you need to be sure what branch you would like to join. According to your list of questions...last week you asked a question if you were ready to join marine boot camp. Do your research and find out which branch is right for you. The army uses the Army Physical Fitness Test to determine if you are fit enough to serve. I've listed a link below to the standards you'll need to reach and hopefully that will give you some insight as to how ready you are according to your height and weight. Good Luck!

hell no....your run needs to go down to at least 7 mins sit ups are good...but you need to do at least 43 pushups in 2 mins..so stay home
 
You could get through basic training in the shape you are in now, but it will be more difficult for you than it has to be. I'd try working on your run time and improve your pushups before boot camp. Your sit ups look good though.
