So, I am probaly gonna be switching to a new gym and i probaly will not go on pre-team right when i join but i was wondering if i'm close to being able to get on it. Heres what i can do:
Floor (what i'm best at):
Backbend (i know 1 and 2 r pretty much the same)
Bridge kickover
Front handspring pretty much(for sure on trampoline)
forward roll straight arms
backward roll
handstand
handstand forward roll
stratle forward and backward roll
Beam:
jump
walks
roundoff off edge
handstand(on low beam hvn't tried on high)
Vault:
Handstand + flat fall
straight jump
dive roll
(i've done front handsprings with help)
Bars:
Pullover
Pullup
pretty much back hip circle
flip over
